Incredible as the data age has become I am very concerned about the quality of the data. Particularly the quality of data that can be retrieved on an individual I may be considering hiring. In the payments business or any business for that matter security is priority number one. Even the data that large firms provide is out-of-date, unreliable and incomplete. We trust that the companies who hire these people are doing their jobs and making safe hiring decisions, unfortunately, most are not.
